The Rythdale-Officer-Cardinia (ROC) Football Club Past Players and Officials was formed in 2009.  It represents the players, officials and family members from the Rythdale-Cardinia, Officer & ROC Football Club's.

The ROC Past Players & Officials are an active group that run premiership reunions, golf days, end of year trips and a coterie group "The Royal Roos" that runs each home game at the Starling Road home ground.
